Emotional Wellness with the Core Transformation
Emotional Wellness includes an awareness, understanding and acceptance of your feelings, and how you navigate challenges and changes in your life. It is related to your stress patterns and how you stay open and compassionate in situations that aren’t easy. It is related to our core values and how they inform our behaviours.
When there is emotional wellness and we are connected to our core self there is:
the experience of wholeness, inner peace and well-being and love
a feeling of being grounded and centered in the body
an awareness of sensations and emotions
the experience of feeling resourceful with a sense of choice
a feeling of being connected and experientially feeling our core values
curiousity about the present moment and being in touch with the living presence of who we are
The more we are able to connect to our core self, the more core states of being can inform our life. Some expamples of core states might be okness, peace, love, oneness, being.
When our life’s are not very balanced, we experience a lot of limiting habits, beliefs and emotions, with various patterns informing our life style and choices.
When we work and transform these limiting patterns, there can be more ease and there are less internal barriers affecting our emotional and mental state.
Emotional Wellness influences the way you respond to your environment, your health, relationships, self-awareness, life style and stress.
One of the ways to begin working with your own emotional wellness, is to explore some of the pattern, thoughts, feeling or behaviours that create limitation, as well the deeper core values.
The Core Transformation is a process helping you discover emotional balance. It is a step-by-step process that can help you transform limiting beliefs, habits and emotions.
Focusing on certain areas in your life can help identify where you might like to make changes.
