Mandala Mind is a blog created by Nicole Koch. It started out in 2013 to contribute posts on mindfulness, transformation and healing. The mandala is a symbol from Tibetan Buddhism, and it means 'sacred circle'. The intention of this blog is to inspire the transformation of fixations and patterns towards expanded wisdom and freedom. You can receive Counselling & Coaching sessions through Mandala Mind via Zoom and in person, and participate in Webinars and courses.
